This website, luxurypropertyph.com, is maintained by Rica Huang, Associate Sales Director, Signature Series by SM Residences (“we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our forms or messages: name, mobile number, email address, preferred lot size, tour preferences, purpose of purchase and any message you write.
- How you found us: advertising campaign codes (UTM parameters and click IDs), the page you landed on and the referring website.
- Basic usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel), such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send you the price list, lot availability and other information you request about Susana Heights Village.
- To schedule and confirm site tours or video tours.
- To process a reservation or purchase if you decide to buy.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to serve you: with the developer, Signature Series by SM Residences, to process tours, reservations and sales; and with service providers that host our forms, messaging and analytics, who may only use it on our behalf. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for up to two (2) years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law or for an ongoing transaction.
